Wandern am Thríhyrningur, (“the Three-Horned-Mountain”)

Today I will spare you long explanations and share only the essentials. 🙂 Hiking at Mt. Thrihyrningur (‘the Three-Horned-Mountain’) on day 4 was super exhausting but the view during the whole hike was worth every drop of sweat!

The first obstacle was a relativly wide stream.

Drei Spitzen, wie versprochen. Three peaks, just like promised.

We added 4 rocks to this nice pile.

On the mountain opposite of ‘ours’ we could see a lake in what used to be a volcano crater.

Those funny, scrubby flowers grew right next to the path.

Oh, now I had to hurry. That happens when I want to take ‘a quick picture’.
